curious, isn't it, (standing by the side of the road) watching a world that just so passes by)

(Frederick's sense of how the world moves on) in Schoondijke .. near Snoopy's

as a young boy, years ago, I often stood on the curb of 'Broad Street' and watched the cars and trucks pass by
the majority of them going into some distant future

(and,
art is subjective) I'm sure this picture will mean different things to different people

Wie schaffst Du es nur, aus jedem Foto immer so ein hübsches " Aquarell " zu machen...!
    Wirklich wieder sehr gelungen !

@fotoS. yes.. it was to like the enterance into the unknown ... a mobil world and I wanted to know where they were going.. I noticed so many of them never returned; I wondered if they simply disappeared.. knowing that the earth is round, assuming the's come back sometime .. .so, curious as I am, I had to find out for myself where they went
(I suppose that's why I'm now in Wuppertal)

@Vortigern ... yes, Master of many nicks, it's not only the desire to travel.. but the will to see or find one's self and to know firsthand what's happening in the world... it seemed then.. and even now.. that everything is in flux

    however
Many stayed at home (prefering village life) .. some went to college ... a few joined the air force.. and one of my friends went to sea)

I knew inwardly.. that the man the artist and the failure must proceed
