interessant ist zunächst, dass einige !!! fc-ler vom Fernseher abfotografiert haben, vermutlich alle gleichzeitig, beim Eid z.B.

dieses Foto hier hat aber eine besondere plakative Wirkung
schon in Klein
es zitiert irgendwie alte populäre Foto aus der Raumfahrt - wobei: auch dort waren es wohl nur oder fast nur Männer weißer Hautfarbe, die im Orbit ihre Wangen so aufbliesen
als sie lange vorher schon von der Erde abgehoben hatten und nun auf etwas zuschwebten oder auch nicht

und dann, welchen und wieviele...
vergleichen wir denn noch großartig Merkel und Schröder
oder Westerwelle und Trittin?
ja - muss ich zugeben, da werden Unterschiede diskutiert
im Ohr sind mir auch noch die Unterschiede von damals - zwischen Wehner und Strauss und zwischen Maggie Thatcher und Winston Churchill... wobei wir uns hier immer noch in Staatssystemen bewegen, die Wahlen veranstalten

warum wir aber hier eigentlich vom TV abfotografierten und mit diesen Fotos arbeiteten - ich vermute eher das Popstarhafte dieser Personen in der Wahlwerbung in diesen Medien hat uns dazu gereizt
und: für die Fotos hat es sich gelohnt!

I enjoy that, really, I am not a skeptic in principle, not at all a kill-joy.
BUT:
All my antennas are in the air. I freeze, when I see all these delighted faces, all these tears in the eyes, all this confidence in the faces. This hype for e quite normal human beeing is very intense - too intense.
That can (!) lead to everything. Whatever B.Obama will decide, people will follow him.
I am shure he is not a bad guy. But will he be a wise guy, will he be able to avoid any mistake ? Surely not. So the world MUST be suspicious to those messages of hope and promise and MUST not forget the German desaster.
It was the same old play at that time: chaos, harm and sorrows. And suddenly the Redeemer, the knight in shining armour...... finally sent by god or someone else.
As written already, I'm not negative, I really like him. And I wish him all the best.
But in view of such an ecstasy in the States we shouldn't forget to keep cool and to remain sober.

edit: I looked at' youtube' to find that song "Tomorrow Belongs to Me" (Musical "Cabaret") - censored for many years - (it shows what I mean) and found 2 steps below the video "Children Sing Hymns To Obama" and also the above link to "Yes We Can" leads into the same direction.

super getroffen - ein toller Gesichtsausdruck! - ja, ich freue mich auch, daß er's geschafft hat ... mal seh'n was er an positiven Veränderungen so auf Lager hat - *smile - es kann ja nur besser werden ...

@Doro E. I switch back and from between cnn and bbc to get the nuances here... it seems so a major theme.. that has moved the whole world ... I have a strange feeling (and who knows what it is good for)
